- 14 November: Singapore -based Robust International company invested USD 30 million to construct a sesame processing factory with the annual production capacity of 20,000 ton in Dondo, Sofala Province.
- 13 November: In the expansion program of Matola Terminal, South African Grindrod celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony of USD 40 million investment for dry bulk terminal expansion.
- 6 November; South African SASOL implemented the first batch of experimental LPG produced from gas in Mozambique. The factory in Inhambane Province has capacity to produce 30,000 ton of LPG/year.
- 6 November: The Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Fish proposed that most pollutant countries shall increase a financing and technical support to most vulnerable countries in climate change, during his participation in COP30 in Berem. Mozambique intends to present concrete proposals to strengthen climate finance mechanisms and facilitate access to adaptation and mitigation funds.
- 5 November: The President of Mozambique announced the provision of 5-yaer residence visa for investors who invest more than USD 500,000 and 10-years residence visa for investers more than USD 5 million.
- 3 November: The government of Mozambique announced the proposal of creating the Development Bank of Mozambique for impact projects in sectors of energy, infrastructure, agriculture, health and education, with the initial injection of USD 500 million.
- 30 October: ExxonMobile will invest USD 40 million for the construction of technology center to train young Mozambican in Maputo City next year, according to President Danial Chapo who visited the headquarter of ExxonMobile.
- 29 October: President of Republic, Daniel Chapo, appealed the investment in Mozambique to American investors during his visit to the USA, especially in gas/energy, agriculture and tourism sectors, and presented the development of corridors, especially on Nacala Corridor.
- October 29: Syrah Resources, Australian company exploring graphite in Cabo Delgado Province, announced that 26,000 tonnes of graphite was produced in the third quarter, of which 24,000 tonnes were sold and shippted to customers at an average price of USD 625/ton in the same period, according to LUSA.
- October 27: Total Energy requested to the Mozambican government the extension of additional 10 years for the concession of natural gas field in Area 1, as a form of compensation for economic damage caused by instability in the Project area. According to Total Energy, USD 4.5 billion is estimated as a damage by force majeure.
- October 25: Total Energy lifted force majeure on their USD 20 billion LNG project in Mozambique. The company said, however, the project would only be relaunched once the government approves a revised budget and schedule.
- October 24: Financial Action Task Force (FATF), a financial crime watchdog based in France, has removed Mozambique from the global money laundering “grey list”. Other removed countries included South Africa, Nigeria, and Burkina Faso.
- October 22: MSC, one of the largest shipping companies, announced the launch of a new independent maritime service, called “Cheetah, which will directly connect Asia to Mozambique. New route includes stops at the Ports of Singapore, Colombo, Beira, and Nacala.
- October 16: The government of Mozambique estimates 3.2% of economic growth in 2026, slightly increased from 2.9 of growth projection in 2025.
- October 16: CFAO Mobility – representative of Toyota, Suzuki, and Hino brand- launched the construction of new headquarter in Maputo, budgeted at USD 10 million.
- October 10: The government of Mozambique maintained the reference price for raw cashew nuts at 45 Mt/kg (around USD 0.7/kg) for 2025/2026, which is much lower than raw cashew nuts price in international market.

- November 2024: Completed the Project Description Document (PDD) for forest restoration (ARR) and forest conservation (REDD) currently being developed in Tete Province and submitted it to the Mozambican government, Ministry of Environment and Land for licensing.
Event / Procurement
- Energy Fund, FP (FUNAE), under Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy launched public tender on concession of exploration and management of solar panel factory located in Beluluane Industrial Park in Maputo Province. The date of submission is by 5 December 2025.
